Greg is an intellectual property lawyer whose experience includes clearance opinions, prosecuting Canadian and foreign trademark applications and Internet-related intellectual property issues. He represents clients in opposition and cancellation proceedings and creates frameworks for the administration, proper use and packaging issues relating to trademark assets. With a background in corporate and commercial law, Greg has expertise in negotiating all types of IP related agreements and contracts, including licensing, settlement and asset purchase agreements. He has appeared before the Federal Court and before various provincial courts.
