Before completing her law degree from the University of Ottawa, Sameha interned at the Canadian Trademark Opposition Board, providing her with insight into practical and legal matters relating to expungement and opposition proceedings. Using knowledge earned while completing her Master of Science from Western University, Sameha can understand and convey the technical and specialized nature of products and services for clients in the scientific and medical industries. She has appeared before the Federal Court on trademark matters and provides advice on enforcement matters to clients.
